The Cost
Rickerby House & St.Endreol are available for weekly or fortnightly lets.
We also offer short breaks (weekend Friday to Monday or mid week Monday to Friday) during low and mid season or at 1 weeks notice during high season.
All prices are inclusive of towels, linen (not for cot beds), logs, gas and electricity. We request no smoking in the house and no pets.

Booking Terms
- We can hold a provisional booking for one week. A non-refundable deposit of £200 per week is required to secure your booking.
- The balance of the cost of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
- If booking within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday, full payment is required.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, the payment is non-refundable. However we would try our hardest to rebook the property for your week. If we did receive money for your week we would pay that money to you, up to the balance you had paid.
- You are responsible for any breakages or damage that you may inflict on the house and its contents all we ask is that you tell us if they occur and we would not charge for minor breakages.
- You can arrive at your property anytime from 3.00pm on the start date and must vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure.
