Course Description

Lye has a wide range of qualifications designed to take our clients towards the workplace.

We run two very successful programmes helping people with various barriers they face or have faced in their life. We work with the DWP to help develop and support  people with mild to moderate disabilities and increase confidence to ultimately secure sustainable employment and over the 5 years that we have worked with our clients we have seen many success stories placing over 70 clients into employment and supporting those clients to sustain.

We also offer a very upbeat and motivational training programme with suitable qualifications and support for all the young parents or young parents to be within the Black Country,  aged between 16-18 years old and located within the Black Country. We support the young parents with budgeting, parenting skills, seeking and securing employment, as well as many other aspects of problems that may be encountered in day to day life. The centre offers a great opportunity for all young parents to prepare for adulthood life and establish firm friendships.

The available qualifications are taught over Guided Learning Hours of between 3 – 130 hours but may vary according to the learner's individual needs.
